Welcome to the HopePunk Community, operated by Space & Beyond.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, community platform, online courses, and store (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use HopePunk Community.

1. Purpose of HopePunk Community

HopePunk Community connects people who care about sustainability, climate change and the meta crisis (many complex problems). Our platform allows members to:

• Create community profiles
• Post, comment, and message other members
• Join courses and educational programs
• Access news, events, and updates
• Purchase items through our online store

We aim to provide a positive, safe, and inspiring space for learning, healing and connection.

2. Eligibility

To use HopePunk Community, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your region)
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your profile and posts comply with our community guidelines

4. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

5. Content Ownership and License

a. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (such as text, images, videos, and comments). By posting on HopePunk Community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content solely within the platform to operate and grow the community. You may delete your posts or request account deletion at any time.

b. Our Content

All materials created by Space & Beyond, including logos, designs, text, and course materials, are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

6. Courses and Educational Content

If you enroll in online courses:

• Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only
• You agree not to share or resell course content
• We may update or discontinue courses at our discretion
• Certificates (if provided) represent participation, not professional accreditation unless explicitly stated.

7. Online Store and Payments

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Refunds or exchanges are provided according to our refund policy (available on the store page). We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using HopePunk Community, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the platform or disrupt the community

HopePunk Community is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sustainability, climate emotion and educational discussions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space & Beyond and its team shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
